Christianization is an familiar term to Muslims in Indonesia; most Muslims are aware of the Christianization program and its effect to their faith. Christianization missionaries target to implement Christianity in the daily lives of young aged as well as adolescent children, particularly in schools. Unfortunately, many Muslim parents appear to be unconcerned, ignorant, or even unaware about the existence of Christianization in schools. They enroll their children in Christian schools without worrying about christianization and are completely confident that these schools offer better curriculums than Islamic schools. This study is an opportunity to reaffirm that Christianity courses are transparently taught and Catholic religious activities are carried out by all students enrolled in Catholic schools, including the non-Catholics .  It is noted that, muslim students’ spiritual upbringing is influenced by comparing the contents of Christian textbooks that they receive in their Catholic schools to the Islamic studies taught in their home / surroundings. To produce a conclusion, the researcher analyzed three data sources; data collected from the sample school (Immanuel Catholic School, in Batu, Indonesia);  the history of Christianization movement’s beginning in Indonesia; and comparison through various books and documents. As a summary, Christian education taught in Christian schools contributes greatly in increasing the number of Christians in Indonesia, which automatically causes the gradual decrease in the number of Muslims.
