This study is concerned with the issue of narratives of the Isra'iliyyat in the ideology of one of the most distinguished explainers who has transferred from both Torah and Gospel and defended this transference. In addition, it has an ideal response for a great complicated problem as follow: How far has Imam Al Biqai dealt with the issue of narratives of the Isra'iliyyat whether acceptance or rejection through his two books "Nathm Durar Fi Tanasub Alayat wa Suwar" and "Alaqwal Alqawema Fi Hokm Alnakil Min Alkotob Alqadeemah"?Moreover, in the first chapter, it is exposing to the relationship between Holy Quran and previous Heaven books via believing and domination, besides it has shown the concept of the narratives of the Isra'iliyyat and its types through agreement or violating Islamic legislation. It also mentioned the positive and negative effects of the narratives of the Isra'iliyyat. In the last section, the study has shown Muslim Scholars' attitude towards the narratives of the Isra'iliyyat between agreeing and disagreeing quotation from Judaism and Christianity. It tries to mix the two opinions.The second chapter presents Imam Al Biqai’s age, his life and how far the political, economic and social life affected his academic competence and ideology.The third chapter presents Imam Al Biqai books "Nathm Durar Fi Tanasub Alayat wa Suwar" for interpretation and "Alaqwal Alqawema Fi Hokm Alnakil Min Alkotob Alqadeemah" which defended the book of interpretation; and showed the academic value of the two books.The forth chapter presents the scientific approach that Al Biqai has followed in transference and justifies it. The researcher has followed the writings of Al Biqai in interpretation, and shed the light on his comments after transference from the Torah and the Gospe and shed lights on his own comments post transference from torah and gospel. The researcher has come out with four curriculums; the guidance of Quran and Sunnah and his tales besides Follwing the earlier scholers for those who pursue the criticism and transfer it against Quran. The chapter depends on accepted the narratives of the Isra'iliyyat samples, which have been documented by Al Biqai in his reference like issue of Adam’s creation (p.b.u.h) from earth, prophets’ pedigrees peace, be upon them as well as Jesus resurrecting dead people. Further, he has mentioned samples of transference like the story of sacrifice, which has appeared in torah; it is Essac not Ismail. Then, he continues by telling another story when Israel have gone out from Egypt and exclaiming the violation and deficiency.Another sample has been presented in gospel showing the permission of drinking wine. Hadeeth is in the third chapter about the ideology of Islamic ideologists towards Israelis and its influences. The first tool takes the positive and negative of Israelis. The second tool presents ideology of the ideologists and their differences agreements. The third tool takes in account the equivalence between Al Biqai and other explainers in terms of narratives of the Isra'iliyyat transference besides expressing some issues and how can be amended or compared to each other.
