During the last stage of COVID-19 pandemic era, the Qatari Ministry of Education has developed the Qatar Education electronic platform. However, there was no sufficing research that explored the impacts of this recently emerged digital educational system. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of the Qatar Education e-platform on teachers and students in the public schools of Qatar. Qualitative and quantitate research approaches were used to conduct the study. Twenty female and male teachers were interviewed and adapted questionnaires were administered to a sample of 350 female and male students in the public schools of Qatar. The study demonstrated that the e-platform has influenced the role of teachers in various aspects. These aspects are represented as requiring teachers to have technical skills in the teaching process, which impacts the way they teach subjects. Also, e-learning played a role in motivating teachers. The findings have also shown that most of the students preferred not to involve the e-platform in their learning, despite that they have indicated overall satisfaction with their current e-learning experience. Moreover, the study has highlighted the main challenges that teachers and students face with the implementation of the Qatar Education e-platform. For instance, increased workload, lack of effective communication with parents, and curriculum adaption were the most prominent obstacles among teachers. Conversely, the incapability of the e-platform to reduce studying stress, lack of productive communication with teachers, and the absence of the desire and pleasure towards e-learning were the main obstacles that hindered the learning of the students.
