This research examines the potential and problems that NFTs' entry into the market has brought about. It analyzes the Shariah point of view and the achievable NFT initiatives. The research thoroughly reviews the characteristics and ever-expanding usage of NFTs. Furthermore, a comparative approach to the difference between NFTs and traditional digital assets is also taken into consideration based on descriptive literature. Moreover, the Shariah-compliant use of NFTs and its applications in the hotel industry are discussed, along with the sustainability difficulties entrepreneurs and investors face launching an NFT venture. Finally, the potential platforms on which NFTs may be developed, tested, and exchanged were also researched.
