National Culture is a complex phenomenon widely discussed in scholarly research. National culture has emerged as a critical theory explaining how cultural differences affect entrepreneurship. This research aims to evaluate how Hofstede National Culture affects entrepreneurial intentions. This study draws a comparative analysis between thirty-two OIC and Non – OIC Countries. The Hofstede National Culture Index and Global Entrepreneurial Monitor were used to pool data for the dependent and independent variables. The findings denote that all the national culture dimensions except uncertainty avoidance significantly influence entrepreneurial intentions within a society. Furthermore, mixed results were found when a comparative analysis was drawn between OIC and Non-OIC countries.
