This research in partnership with Sultan Qaboos University aims at providing evidence to support the development of work-family balance policies in Oman. This is part of DIFI initiative to produce knowledge and advocate for WFB policy development in the Gulf. The objective of this study is to generate evidence-based knowledge to create policy related to work-family balance which will work towards the benefit of Omani families.
