QNL and HERMES Project: Impact Stories - a presentation at the Resource Sharing: A Key Pillar of Open Access HERMES final conference that was held in Hague on April 18-19, 2023

The Inter lending and document supply section in Access Services participated in the HERMES project during COVID and started supplying articles as a volunteering library to international libraries under this umbrella. The HERMES project ended on April 30th, and all partners were invited to participate to the concluding conference in Hague on 18-19 April 2023, and discuss the impact of HERMES on the global community, and the way forward. The QNL presentation was under this section.
