<p dir="ltr"><b>Presentation slides of a session presented at the Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Libraries and Librarianship symposium hosted in Qatar in February 2025 by Northwestern University in Qatar in collaboration with the IFLA IT section.</b></p><p dir="ltr"><br>As generative AI tools like ChatGPT become increasingly popular, academic libraries must assess their real-world applications and limitations. This presentation will share firsthand experiences from UDST’s reference and library services team, exploring how ChatGPT has been integrated into daily workflows.
