فقه إحياء الأمة عند العلامة الشيخ القرضاوي: قراءة في معالم التجديد ومرتكزاته

أهداف البحث

إن أهم ما تسعى إليه هذه الدراسة هو إبراز إسهامات العلامة الشيخ يوسف القرضاوي (رحمه الله) في إحياء الأمة من خلال مشروعه الدعوي، وتقريب فكره ومنهجه للقارئ من خلال مسيرته العلمية والعملية.

منهج الدراسة

اقتضت طبيعة الموضوع تتبع المنهج الاستقرائي لبناء مفهوم فقه الإحياء بالتأسيس له في نصوص الكتاب والسنة لإثبات مقصديته، وتتبع تطبيقاته في فكر الشيخ العلامة القرضاوي باستخراج عباراته الخادمة لفقه الإحياء في عناوين كتبه ومنهجه في بنائها مع المنهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على تحليل النصوص ومضمونها، واستنباط المعاني بعرض الفكرة وأسس بنائها ومرتكزاتها.

النتائج

أبرز البحث الإسهامات التجديدية للعلامة القرضاوي؛ من خلال مشروعه الدعوي لإحياء الأمة وإثبات وجودها حقيقة بكل مقوماته، وذلك باستشعار قضاياها في العملية الاجتهادية ودعوته لفقه الإحياء والتجديد، مما يستدعي الاهتمام بثروته العلمية، التي جمع فيها بين فقه الوحي، وفقه الواقع لاستيعاب مستجدات العصر، والحرص على استمرار مشروعه في واقع الأمة المعاصر.

أصالة البحث

قدم البحث تصورات واضحة عن فقه إحياء الأمة، وهو مشروع بعث روح الأمة للنهوض بها؛ بإعادة بعث روح نصوص الشريعة وأحكامها في واقع الناس، وإزالة المسخ والتشويه الذي طال تنزيل أحكامها في واقعنا المعاصر من خلال الأهداف المعرفية المتعلقة بالجانب التأسيسي لفقه الإحياء والتأصيل له، مع ضبط درجته في السلم المقصدي، وكذا الأهداف العملية بإبراز فكر العلامة القرضاوي (رحمه الله) في فقه التجديد والترشيد، لتحرير الأمة من أغلال التقليد ومعالجة قضايا الأمة، والوعي بحقيقة مشكلاتها وتصحيح مسارها.

Objective

The main objective of this paper is to examine Sheikh al-Qaraḍāwī’s thought as reflected in his daʿwa (missionary) project, which aimed to preserve and revitalise the Ummah (Muslim community) and develop a jurisprudence for its renewal throughout his scholarly journey.

Methodology

The nature of the topic required an inductive approach to extract the concept of the jurisprudence of revival (fiqh al-iḥyāʾ) and understand it in the thought of al-Qaraḍāwī, alongside a descriptive method drawing on the principles of analysis and deduction.

Results

The article underscores al-Qaraḍāwī’s contributions to the renewal of the Ummah through his daʿwa project, aimed at revitalising and affirming its authentic existence with all its foundational elements. He accomplished this by tackling the Ummah’s issues through ijtihād (independent reasoning) and advocating for a jurisprudence focused on revival and renewal. The article emphasises the significance of his scholarly legacy, which integrates the jurisprudence of revelation with that of contemporary realities, addressing modern developments and ensuring the ongoing relevance of his project within today’s Ummah.

Originality

By precisely outlining its knowledge goals, this article offers clear insights into the foundational principles of the jurisprudence of revival and its evolution. It further highlights al-Qaraḍāwī’s views on the jurisprudence of renewal and guidance, as well as his scholarly and missionary contributions to revitalising the Ummah.
