<p>Necrotizing fasciitis is a rare complication of varicella-zoster viral infection in adults, occurring due to a secondary bacterial infection. A 35-year-old female healthy patient had post-varicella zoster infection with NSAID use as a possible risk factor. She was diagnosed early by clinical and laboratory parameters.</p>
