<p dir="ltr">Systemic lupus erythematosus is a multisystem autoimmune disease associated with a variety of arterial and venous thrombotic manifestations when combined with antiphospholipid syndrome. We present a case report of a 23‐year‐old female patient with a recent diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus who was admitted for abdominal pain and later diagnosed with splenic infarction via abdominal computed tomography.
