Almughalles, Shabbir AhmadComplete heart block (CHB) is defined as the complete absence of atrioventricular conduction. Electrical pacing is the treatment of choice. We present a case of CHB which is interesting not only due to being a diagnostic dilemma in the emergency department but also for its management and the final diagnosis.
