Here, we present a case of incidentally discovered pleural involvement of endometriosis in an asymptomatic young female. Pleurocentesis revealed bloody exudative pleural effusion with lymphocytic predominance. Thoracoscopy revealed inflamed parietal pleura, and the biopsy confirmed endometriotic involvement.
