KhanjarPodocyte infolding glomerulopathy (PIG) is a rare pathological finding that has gained more recognition recently. Most of the reported cases have been associated with connective tissue diseases especially systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Here we report the first case of Infolding Glomerulopathy associated with SLE in the Middle East.
