Foreword by Dr. Talal Abdulla Al-Emadi Dean of College of Law, Qatar University
Energy governance is extensively debated in this day and age and is expected to remain so for the foreseeable future. Globally, various organizations have been established to respond to challenges posed by this phenomenon, like the International Energy Agency and the International Renewable Energy Agency. The question of energy governance has been subject to deep analysis and dialogue. It is actively discussed and debated in many different disciplines, including law, economics, science and politics. More recently, these problems have been addressed from an interdisciplinary perspective.
